These terms cover the websites and AI assistants LocalWebMates builds and hosts for you. By ordering, you agree to them. They're written plainly on purpose.
The preview is free and puts you under no obligation. It's a sample of what we'd build — you only pay if you decide to go live.
Your chosen package (website, and the assistant if selected), plus hosting, reasonable content updates, and support. Large new features or extra pages may be quoted as add-ons.
The finished website content and design are yours. While hosted with us, the site runs on our hosting and setup. If you leave, we'll help you move your content.
You can cancel the monthly hosting & support at any time — there is no minimum term and no exit fee. The site simply stops being hosted by us, and we'll hand you the files so you can host it elsewhere. If you're partway through a three-payment plan, the remaining instalments for the build still fall due — the build was done either way.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us, and for making sure it's lawful. We may decline or remove content that's illegal or abusive.
We take care to keep your site running well, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
